Website privacy notice
Updated September 13, 2026
This notice describes information handled through the Kernologix LLC website and sourcing portal. For questions about your information, email info@kernologix.com.
Information you provide
Ingredient inquiries include your name, work email, company, optional phone number, and purchasing requirements such as application, grade, quantity, destination, and timing. Portal users may also provide account details, business documents, and order information. Please include only information needed for your business request.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, clarify sourcing requirements, coordinate qualification, and discuss quotes or fulfillment. Account and order information supports portal access and the related business workflow. Terms acceptance records include the applicable version and time; records may also include an email address, IP address, and browser information.
Cookies, browser storage, and sample links
The portal uses cookies for sign-in sessions. Browser local storage remembers acceptance of a particular terms version and may contain the email entered when acceptance was recorded. You can clear this storage through your browser settings; doing so may require you to sign in or review terms again.
Serialized sample links can record a tracking code, visit time, browser information, referring URL, and time spent viewing the sample page. The code can be linked to the business recipient of the sample. A referral cookie named klx_ref can remain for up to 30 days and connect a later order to that sample. This supports sample evaluation follow-up. Website hosting services may also maintain technical access logs.
Service providers and sourcing coordination
The website uses hosting, authentication, storage, and business communication services. Configured integrations may send inquiry details to workflow automation or internal notification services, including Make.com and Slack. Sourcing discussions may require sharing relevant technical and delivery requirements with suppliers or fulfillment providers. Tell us when requirements or documents need confidential handling before sending them.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
You can email info@kernologix.com to ask about information associated with your inquiry or account, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop follow-up communications. Describe the request and the email or company used to contact us. We may need to verify the request and review records that must be retained for an order or an applicable obligation.
Updates
Changes to website data handling will be reflected in this notice. Contact us if you need more detail about the handling or retention of a specific record.
